Medieval archaeology graduate students Valentina Perušina and Nikolina Vrančić were awarded the Rector’s Award for the academic year 2017/2018 in the category of individual scientific and artistic work with the paper “Forensic archaeometry: the curious case of Count Tomo Keglević”. The paper was written at the Department of Archaeology (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb) under the mentorship of prof. dr. Zdravka Hincak, and the analyses were conducted at the Forensic Science Center “Ivan Vučetić”.
The research was conducted with the support of the Croatian Science Foundation, as part of the Lobor – Early Medieval Center of Power project.
